 WASATCH COUNTY, Utah 鈥?A three-year-old girl and an adult woman were killed Tuesday following a crash on US-40 in Wasatch County. The Utah Highway Patrol reported the multi-vehicle accident occurred at approximately 2:40 p.m. near mile marker 36.In an update Wednesday night, UHP said a Volkswagen Passat crossed over into oncoming traffic, colliding head-on with a Dodge Ram pickup truck. The driver of the Passat, later identified as 35-year-old Norma A. Jones from Duchesne, was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected. UHP said she died on impact. A 3-year-old girl who was also  unrestrained  was fully ejected and was also killed on impact. Two boys in the Passat were also not buckled, but they survived. They were airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries, but not life-threatening. There were two adults in the truck who were wearing seatbelts and taken to the hospital via ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
