stanley website exercise included approximately 200 staff members from Clark County who all played multiple roles during the exercise.The exercise was designed to test the Health Districts ability to dispense medication to the community in a large-scale public health emergency as well as to test the logistics of the Thomas Mack Center as a large-scale POD location.The exercise also trained employees to remain calm and provide guidance.The Health District works with jurisdictional partners such as Clark County and UNLV to be able to set up Points of Dispensing PODs in large facilities as part of its response.
