Taylor of Manchester and 21-year-old Brandon L.聽 Smith of Manchester, KSP said in a statement.During the investigation, it was determined Jason Taylor had made threats to come to the residence where Brandon Smith was residing to cause harm, Troopers said. Taylor arrived armed with a firearm and made entry into the residence. Once inside, Smith and Taylor exchanged gunshots, KSP said.During the incident, Taylor was fatally wounded.During the gunfire, an unnamed woman was wounded as well, KSP said in the statement.She was taken by Clay County EMS to Saint Joseph Hospital in London for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.Taylor body has been taken to the State Medical Examiners Office in Frankfort for an autopsy.
