 Traffic stop leads to drug arrestFebruary 2, 2016 Tom Kenny, HARLAN, Ky.  WTVQ   A traffic stop led to the drug arrest of a Harlan County  stanley spain woman who also had an active indictment warrant out on her from another county, according to State Police. Investigators say a Trooper pulled over a car on U.S. 119 in the Baxter community of Harlan County shortly after 9:00 p.m. on Monday.During the traffic stop, the Trooper discovered the passenger in the car, 26-year old Angela Robbins of Harlan, had an outstanding warrant out of Knox County. During the investigation, the Trooper says he found several different types of drugs and cash on Robbins.Investigators say the Trooper found a bottle of Neurontin, Clonazepam, Suboxone strips, a pipe used to smoke marijuana, rolling papers, a used needle and $127 in cash.
