 Judge declines to suppress evidence in whiskey-theft caseApril 4, 2017 Tom Kenny, LOUISVILLE, Ky.  AP   A Kentucky judge has denied a motion to suppress evidence that led to a distillery worker being accused of masterminding a long-running whiskey theft ring in bourbon country.The ruling by Franklin Circuit Judge Thomas Wingate in Frankfort was the latest twist in the two-year-old case. An attorney for Gilbert Toby Curtsinger, the alleged ringleader, tried to suppress evidence that included barrels of Wild Turkey bourbon found on Curtsinger   property.Wingate ruled stanley cup  Tuesday that Curtsinger   privacy rights weren ;t violated because authorities saw the barrels from a wooded area.  ODESSA, Fla.  AP  鈥?A Florida woman has filed a lawsuit seeking either a paternity test on her goats or a refund 鈥?and shes not kidding.Kris Hedstrom filed the suit against her neighbor, Heather Dayner, last month seeking DNA for the goats she purchased. Hedstrom paid Dayner $900 for five Nigerian dwarf goats in December.According to the lawsuit, Hedstrom believed the goats 鈥?Bella, Gigi, Rosie, Zelda and Margoat 鈥?could be registered  stanley cup with stanley cup  the American Dairy Goat Association, a group that records goat pedigrees. A Hillsborough County Sheriffs deputy visited the property at least three times in the spring.Dayner said she didnt hear anything else from Hedstrom until the lawsuit was filed.
