PICKERING, Ont. 鈥?Electricity has been restored to most customers after a city east of Toronto was left without power for nearly two hours.Veridian Connections says all of Pickering, Ont., and the west end of neighbouring Ajax, Ont., were without power Wednesday afternoon due to a Hydro One transformer problem.Pickering has a population of about 90,000.
