 Lucknow: A voter turnout of 11.67 per cent was recorded till 9 am on Monday in Uttar Pradesh where polling is underway in 13 Lok Sabha constituencies in the fourth round of the seven-phase general elections.   Polling began at 7 am and is scheduled to end at 6 pm.
