A 22-year-old Milton man has been charged with second-degree murder after a shooting at a Milton home Sunday Feb. 19 .Charges of break and enter and unauthorized possession of a firearm have also been laid against a 20-year-old Oshawa man.On Feb. 19 at approximately 5 a.m., a group of suspects approached a house on Gibson Crescent with the intent of committing a robbery, Halton police believe. After entering the
