Screen Gems has promoted Nick Phillips from vice president of production to senior vice president of production.Phillips will oversee production on select titles including the remake of the 1971 thriller Straw Dogs, which Rod Lurie will write and direct.Phillips will continue to report to Screen Gems president Clint Culpepper.
