 Islamabad: At least 21 people were killed and 46 others injured on Saturday in a powerful bomb explosion at a crowded railway station in Pakistan   restive Balochistan province, officials said.   The explosion ripped through the provincial capital Quetta   railway station as passengers gathered on the platform before the scheduled departure of the Jaffar Express to Peshawar. Quetta Senior Superintendent Police  SSP  Operations Muhammad Baloch said initial findings point to a possible suicide bombing.     He also confirmed that 21 people were killed in the explosion, adding that the number of victims could rise.  New Delhi: A delivery partner of an e-commerce company was allegedly beaten with sticks after his motorbike brushed another two-wheeler in outer Delhi   Sultanpuri on Thursday, poli stanley cup ce said.   Sahil  30 , a resident of Kailash Vihar, alleged in his complaint with police that he was riding his motorbike near Firni Road when his vehicle slightly touched the other bike and both the parties got into an argument.
