 MANITOWOC, Wis. 鈥?A Manitowoc middle school teacher has been accused of snapping secret photos of his female students while he taught in his classroom.The Manitowoc Police Department said in a statement they were contacted by the Sheboygan Police Department on June 15 saying that they had arrested 36-year-old Gregory Melin of Sheboygan. Melin is a teacher at Roncalli Middle School in Manitowoc. An investigation followed shortly after. Police said they discovered while searching Melin s phone that he had been taking inappropriate photos of his female students in his classroom for the last few months. Roncalli Middle was notified of the investigation and is cooperating with law enforcement. So far at least three victims have been identified.  Almost a dozen first responders in the city of Racine recently completed an introductory Spanish language course tailored to their line of work.From January to April, once a week for three hours police officers and firefighter-paramedics go to the class,  Spanish for First Responders  at Gateway Technical College.Racine Fire Department  RFD  Captain Jeff Ayres was also among those who participated. He said hes been with RFD for about 18 years and cant remember an initiative like it. It was an amazing class,  he said.Fellow firefighter-paramedic Ben Stephenson said he took the class to brush up on the Spanish he took in s stanley tumblers chool knowing that would come in handy at work, especially with Racine s growing Hispanic community.
