 The House select committee investigating the January 6 attack on the Capitol on Thursday issued a subpoena to Kimberly Guilfoyle in the panel s latest attempt to compel testimony from former President Donald Trump s closest allies.Guilfoyle and her lawyers met with the committee over video conference last week, but abruptly ended the meeting after learning that some lawmakers who sit on the committee were present. In a statement, Guilfoyle s attorney Joseph Tacopina said the committee violated an agreement that G botella stanley uilfoyle would meet only with counsel for the panel, and he accused the members present of leaking details of the meeting.  INDIANAPOLIS 鈥?It has been quite a journey for Kari Wegg.She had been working tirelessly as a NICU nurse at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis for more than 25 years when she found herself fighting for her own life with COVID-19 in that very same hospital. Its devastating. I never thought something like this could happen to me,  Wegg said.  Its been so hard because I was healthy, and I thought if I ever got it, I would be fine. Wegg first got sick in June and diagnosed with pneumonia. Then in July, she, her husband and two children tested positive for the coronavirus. I do work in a hospital,  she said.  My husband also works in a hospital. Its very possible we got it from the hospital. Her family had mild symptoms and recovered quickly. However, Wegg did not. Its been since July since Ive seen my boys., and I havent been able to hug them or love on them, and they miss me so much,  Wegg said.Wegg was put on a heart and lung bypass machine on Aug. 19. She says her doctors discussed removing care. Their dad had to sit down and tell them their mother might die, and theyve had to try and cope with that,  she said.But Wegg says her husband wouldnt give up.
