 WAUKESHA COUNTY 鈥?An intoxicated man from Milwaukee led State Patrol on a 100+ mph chase through Jefferson and Waukesha County on Saturday night before being arrested. Ralph Schroeder, 53, was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post and charged with driving under the influence, fifth offense.
