MILWAUKEE 鈥?The City of Milwaukee Health Department announced Tuesday they have received a report of a confirmed case of measles in a Milwaukee resident.It is the first confirmed measles case since 2011 in Milwaukee County. In actual reality and as alleged, the so-called business opportunities pushed on the victims by Shah, Smith, and their co-conspirators were just fraudulent schemes, motivated by greed, to steal victims money.
