  ISLAMABAD:Chief Justice-designate  air max 720 Justice Asif Saeed Khosa made it  air max97 clear on Thursday that the apex court will rarely use suo motu powers.  It will only be used when absolutely necessary.  Suo motu exercise of this Court s jurisdiction under Article 184(3) o air force one femme f the Constitution shall be exercised very sparingly and only in respect of larger issues of national importance where either there is no other adequate or efficacious remedy available or the available constitutional or legal remedies are ineffective or are rendered incapacitated,  he said while speaking at the full court reference held for Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar at the Supreme Court in Islamabad.Justice Asif Khosa to replace Justice Saqib Nisar as CJP Either through a full court meeting or through a judicial exercise an effort shall be made to determine and lay down the scope and parameters of exercise of the original jurisdiction of this court under Article 184(3) of the Constitution and, if deemed appropriate, to carve out Jkmo FATF watch list  Pakistan s inclusion will not hurt economy
 KARACHI:A local court handed over Atif Zaman to police on Friday for physical remand till July 15. Zaman is accused in the dual murder case of anchor Mureed Abbas and his friend, Khizer  adidas spezial rosa Hayat.The Sou nike air af1 th Judicial Magistrate heard the case at city court and handed over Zaman for physical remand to police in Mureed s murder case. The police did not produce the accused before the court. The investigation officer said that Zaman is injured and unconscious so he could not be produced before the court. He maintained that the accused is needed for interrogation and the court should grant physical remand to police.
