The accused in a series of vandalism incidents at Waterdowns Union Cemetery earlier this year had his case adjourned until May 3 to set a date for trial, in virtual court on Nov. 2.Nicholas Grodzinski, 31, was arrested on May 6 and faces nine counts of mischief over $5,000 in connection with a string of incidents at the Margaret Street cemetery over an eight-week period. Over the March to May period, the pioneer cemetery on Margaret Street was repeatedly vandalized, with numerous gravestones toppled, damaged, smashed and graffitied.Court documents show Grodzinski was released on bail on May 6.
