CINCINNATI, Arkansas - Tornadoes fueled by unusually warm air pummeled the South and Midwest on Friday, killing at least six people and injuring dozens more across Arkansas, Missouri and Illinois. Forecasters said storms could hit along a stretch from near Chicago to New Orleans later in the evening as New Year s Eve celebrations begin.Three people died in the northwestern Arkansas hamlet of Cincinnati when a tornado touched down just before sunrise, and three others died when a storm spawned by the same weather system ripped up the Missouri countryside near Rolla.  The city stanley quencher  that used to burn on the night before Halloween as mischief-makers torched abandoned buildings has largely doused its Devil s Night by mobilizing tens of thousands of citizens and law-enforcement personnel each year to patrol city neighborhoods.  Over a decade ago, NASA shot Messenger into space, and in 2011, it became the first probe to orbit around Mercury, sending back our first closeups of the planet. Federal regulations required another round of testing, he said, to further raise the top speed limit.Cole said the tests, with cars equipped with instruments to collect a variety of data, will not affect normal rail operations because they are scheduled at a time of minimal rail service. In New Jersey, track, electric power, signals and other systems are to be upgraded over the next several years to improve reliability and to permit regular  Adhx Samsung: Our Next-Gen Phones WIll Have 64-Bit Processors, Too
