 Police have charged a 28-year-old man after Orangeville Hydro was left scrambling to get about 4,000 of its customers back onto the grid following a crash destroying one of its utility poles.Shortly before 3 p.m. on Friday  June 14 , Orangeville Hydro advised customers it was aware of a  large outage  impacting many customers in town.It was later revealed the cause of the outage was a motor vehicle collision on Centennial Road.
