 Halton Public Health confirmed 28 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday  Nov. 28  鈥?a sharp decrease from the numbers logged in the previous two days 鈥?along with two additional deaths.According to the regions website, two more residents at Chartwell Waterford long-term care home in Oakville have died from COVID-19.
