Samples of the mass, which were discovered on her side, were submitted for testing. The test results showed the lump was an aggressive form of cancer. After consulting with other Zoo veterinarians, the Racine Zoo decided to attempt to remove the mass. The removal procedure was successful, however, Naka was not able to make a full recovery. She died due to complications from the surgery and other age-related issues, the Zoo said.                        The Racine Zoo         Amur tigers have an average life span of 10 to 12 years in the wild. Naka was a little over a month shy of her 19th birthday and one of the oldest Amur tigers in North American zoos. According to a press release, the 26-year-old driver was headed south on County Road Z and slowly moved into the oncoming lane. The car did not stop heading to the opposite side of the road and eventually crashed in the ditch, rolling multiple times and hit a power pole.  MILWAUKEE 鈥?It remains unclear whether President Trump even qualifies for a recount in Wisconsin. If it does happen, Milwaukee County and each of the other 71 counties in the state would be tasked with counting all the ballots again. As of Wednesday, municipalities had to get all materials to their county,  said Meagan Wolfe, Wisconsin Elections Commission Administrator.  The counties will have those materials, and in the event of a recount, theyre the ones that organize it. A lot of times theyll bring in help from their local election officials. Each county can choose to do the recount by hand or machine.Attorney Michael Maistelman, whos been involved in municipal and statewide recounts before, says the Trump campaign can ask that all ballots be counted by hand. He would have to go to court and attempt to get a court order, ordering the state to count all the ballots by hand,  Maistelman said.  Hes going to want to focus most on the democratic areas of the state - Milwaukee and Dane Counties, and parts of Brown County.
