 Halton Regional Police are looking for information from the public after a skipping rope tied in the shape of a noose was reportedly found at a Georgetow stanley vaso n school.The incident was reported just before 10 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 8 at Ethel Gardiner Public School.Det.-Sgt.
