The Wisconsin Elections Commission says 15 percent of the states Dominion machines are being checked for accuracy. Several municipalities that used them in southeastern Wisconsin report minor issues if any.Inside Racine City Hall, several people made sure every ballot counted by a Dominion voting machine on election day matched their hand count more than three weeks later. The states elections commission selected three voting wards in Racine for a random audit. City Clerk Tara Coolidge said out of nearly 2,800 votes cast in those wards, election workers found four ballots that were incorrectly process stanley cups uk ed by Dominion voting machines.  Russian state television has shown video of two U.S. military veterans who went missing last week while fighting in Ukraine. The videos confirm that the men were taken captive and raise fears about their fate. Alex Drueke and Andy Huynh, both from Alabama, are believed to be the first Americans captured by Russian forces since the war began on Feb. 24. Drueke is shown on camera telling his mother he is alive.
