 FREDONIA, Wis. 鈥?The Ozaukee County Sheriff s Office said a suspect is in custody after a domestic-related incident caused a shelter in place order to be issued in Fredonia Thursday.The order was issued shortly before 11 a.m. for residents and businesses in the immediate area around Pine Street and Heather Lane.Officials said 48-year-old Ryan Rybicki was in a single-family residence in the 400 block of Heather Lane.
