yeezy LAMABAD:The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Tuesday demolished portions of a residential house built in violation of land use norms.The owner of a house, located at Hill Road, Sector F-6/2, had dug out the basement of the house till the boundary line of its adjoining plot. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) chairman also ordered the initiation of a departmental inquiry against the assistant director and the Building Control Section (BCS) inspector dealing with the area for negligence. The basement of the house was supported by 78 columns, while CDA building bylaws do not permit such a large number of columns in the basements of residential buildings.
