ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW The idea for an overnight winter shelter at Knox Presbyterian Church, at the corner of Church and Main Street South, started four years ago. The church began making plans, but then COVID-19 hit and, logistically, it wasnt possible. Boose said the need is still there, though.So the idea was recently revisited, and this week it will become a reality as Out of the Cold launches Dec. 5.
