Татьяна Ивановна Ладыкова – доцент и преподаватель, автор научных работ
Татьяна Ладыкова – доцент и преподаватель Чувашского государственного университета им. И.Н.Ульянова. Уже много лет она руководит проблемной научно-исследовательской лабораторией «Моделирование и прогнозирование социально-экономических процессов и систем» при кафедре ГМУ и региональной экономики Университета. Помимо всего, Татьяна Ивановна Ладыкова ЧГУ https://vk.com/club224976798 (https://vk.com/club224976798) остается руководителем и исполнителем грантов РФФИ, РНФ, региональных грантов РНФ, а еще автором более чем 80 научных работ, опубликованных в крупнейших отечественных и западных изданиях.

Путь в профессию и преподавательская работа
В 1993 году девушка получила красный диплом об успешном окончании медицинского училища в Чебоксарах, и какое-то время проработала медсестрой в городской больнице. А уже в 1994 году Татьяна была зачислена на факультет экономики Чувашского государственного университета и с 1-го курса стала принимать активное участие в студенческих конференциях и олимпиадах, получая заслуженные награды. Ее достижения были отмечены и еще будучи студенткой Татьяна получила приглашение трудоустройства на кафедру экономической теории.
В 1999 году Татьяна Ладыкова закончила учебу в Университете, получив диплом с отличием.'
6,2,'Первым местом трудовой деятельности на должности обычного экономиста было предприятие «ПРОТЕКТ». Благодаря собственному трудолюбию и амбициозности Татьяна с легкостью двигалась по карьерной лестнице. И в 2002 году она была назначена заместителем генерального директора компании по общим вопросам.

Однако Татьяну Ивановну больше привлекала преподавательская деятельность, что и является причиной возвращения на родную кафедру на должность ассистента. Сейчас Татьяна Ивановна занимает должность доцента кафедры государственного и муниципального управления и региональной экономики, а еще возглавляет проблемную научно-исследовательскую лабораторию.
С этого момента можно перечислить несколько ключевых этапов в трудовой деятельности Татьяны Ивановны:
• Разработка рабочих программ преподавания по новым нормативам ФГОС – это авторский курс по региональному маркетингу (2004) и институциональной экономике (2007).
• 2010 г. защита кандидатской диссертации по специальности «Экономика и управление народным хозяйством (региональная экономика)».
• 2013 г. получение звания доцента по кафедре региональной экономики и предпринимательства.
• С 2022 г. Татьяна Ивановна преподает несколько предметов на экономическом факультете МГУ и занимает должность ведущего научного сотрудника Центра научно-методологического сопровождения стратегического планирования на базе ФГБОУ ВО.
