A doctor who set up a medical clinic that CBS News exposed as a pill mill is now facing a complaint by the Texas Medical Board.Dr. Rodolfo Giraldi is a Texas physician who set up several pain clinics throughout the Houston area. One of his businesses was at the center of an investigative report that aired on the CBS Evening News back in May. Inside the clinic, our hidden cameras caught a man who had no medical or physician assistant license illegally posing as a doctor approving prescriptions for powerful pain pills.
