Titre: Has Anyone Needed to Correct a Passenger Receipt After a Flight?
Posté par: flytripinfo le Octobre 16, 2026, 08:56:35 am
I was sorting through travel paperwork recently. Realized the receipt I downloaded did not match what I expected. I needed the receipt for my expense records. I wanted to know if I could request a new copy or have the issue reviewed.
I searched for Lufthansa Customer Service  (https://www.flytripinfo.com/customer-service/lufthansa/). Discovered the airlines official Help Center, which offers information about passenger receipts and invoices. I had not realized there was a section for these documents so that discovery gave me a useful place to start.
I examined the details, on the existing receipt. Explored the available online options. The receipt also reminded me that the process can depend on where the ticket was purchased. If a booking was made through a travel agency it may be necessary to contact the seller to resolve certain document issues.
Before requesting help I kept the ticket number, booking code and the existing receipt nearby. Having those details ready should make explaining what needs to be corrected or clarified easier.
Has anyone needed to request a corrected Lufthansa receipt? Were you able to resolve it online, or did you need to contact the airline or original booking provider?
