 QUETTA:Que airforces tta Senior Superintendent Police (SSP) Traffic Nazeer Kurd has said the e-challan system will be launched soon across the city to charge people violating the traffic rules.Addressing a press conference on Monday, SSP Kurd said that around 72,000 vehicles were fined for violation of traffic rules this year in Quetta.
