You can see in the surveillance video that shots came from someone in an SUV waiting at a traffic light, a little ahead of the victims  car. The victims  vehicle came to a rest after hitting a fence and a tree. They wanted to see his security cameras. Hopefully some of the video helps them catch who did this,  said Manske.  There are bad people, if they an just pull up alongside a car and start blasting.
