Lifting her 32-year-old son into the familys vehicle is a routine she executes often.Their destination of Swift Creek Reservoir is a familiar place. It is leading to longer ride time on the bus, late starts and even absences for some students. To better understand what is behind the bus driver shortage, TMJ4 News went 360 on the issue.
