 The Halton Hills Public Library has announced this years One Book One Halton Hills author.Helen Humphreys is the Halton Hills Public Librarys celebrated author for 2019.Born in Kingston-on-Thames, England, Humphreys has received numerous literary awards. Now, Humphreys resides in Kingston, Ont., having served as the citys poet laureate from 2015 to  stanley cup 2018.               ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                        Humphrey   novel, Machine Without Horses, named after a traditional Scottish dance, combines the reflection on the process of a modern-day author crafting a novel, along with an accou stanley cup nt of a woman ahead of her time.  Halton Regional Police have laid a weapons charge against an Oakville teenager after an incident that caused a high school lockdown and sent other schools into hold and secure.Const.
