 Netflix and Tsuburaya have teamed up to bring Ultraman to the world of animation once more鈥攚ith a slick new look and a wild twist: this time the Giant of Light has to look after a monster, instead of simply beating them up.     As part of its latest  Geeked Week  celebrations, Netflix has released the first trailer for Ultraman Rising. Directed by Shannon Tindle and 鈥嬧€婮ohn Aoshima, Rising  stanley tumbler follows a new Ultrahero鈥攔ising baseball star Ken Sato, who returns home to Japan to take on the mantle of Ultraman while furthering his sporting career. But things go sideways when one of Ultramans greatest foes strikes 8230; and l stanley mugs eaves Ken with a growing Kaiju baby to look after.  Starring Christop stanley quencher her Sean as Sato, alongside Gedde Watanabe, Tamlyn Tomita, Keone Young, and Julia Harriman, Ultraman Rising is set to hit Netflix sometime in 2024.
