So, I used to think thongs were only for the beach or quick errands, but lately I’ve been trying out
arch support thongs and… wow, my feet feel completely different. I have mild plantar fasciitis, and regular flat flip-flops always made my heels sore after a while. The extra arch support really takes the pressure off, especially if I’m walking around for a few hours.
I even grabbed a pair from Aerothotic on a friend’s suggestion, and they’ve been my go-to for summer walks. Didn’t expect such a small change in footwear to make such a big difference in comfort.
Has anyone else made the switch? Did it help with foot pain or was it more about posture for you?
