 A county coroner s office in California ended two months of speculation by declaring Tuesday that two adopted Russian boys died from ingesting leaves of a common garden plant.Laboratory tests confirmed that 2-year-old Alexei Wiltsey and his 3-year-old brother Peter died of oleander toxicity, coroner s office spokesman Scott Carrier said.
