Vtry Man dies following high-speed crash into trees last month
 MILWAUKEE 鈥?A traffic stop near 48th  Capitol Monday afternoon escalated into a struggle in which a police officer was dragged by a car s driver, according to the Milwaukee Police Department.Milwaukee Police officers saw suspected illegal drugs in the car and ordered the driver to step out. The 33-year-old man driving the car began to drive the car. One officer got inside the vehicle but the other was dragged and fell off the car.  The driver attempted to flee with one officer still in the car and crashed into two other vehicles near 55th and Capitol.Police arrested the driver and recovered the suspected illegal drugs. Milwaukee Police Officer Peter Jerving died Tuesday after trying to arrest the suspect of an armed robbery. Police say Officer Jerving and his partner were working on the city s far north side when their suspect, 19-year-old Terrell I.
