 Billy Packer, an Emmy award-winning college basketball broadcaster who covered 34 Final Fours for NBC and CBS, died Thursday. Sean McCarthy with West Valley City police in Utah says the driver was a 9-year-old girl and her 4-year-old sister was a passenger. The semi-truck driver reported that there were two kids in the car and they appear very young,  McCarthy said.  Officers got here and discovered it was a 9-year-old driver and he stanley fr r 4-year-old sister. McCarthy says the girls said they were on their way to California.
