OAK CREEK, Wis. 鈥?New questions surround a troubled Oak Creek daycare. This comes days after an employee at a KinderCare on South Howell was arrested and charg stanley france ed with having cocaine in her backpack at the facility. Those drugs were also found in a one-year-old s system. However, this isn t the first problem KinderCare has had.                         TMJ4 News        On the Department of Children and Families  DCF  website, Oak Creek KinderCare has more than 20 state violations in the last three years. Those violations include staff witnessing other staff being aggressive and tossing children. Despite its history, the state still gives the daycare five stars. TMJ4 went to find out why.  The first thing I m going to do if I m searching for a daycare is look at the ratings, and if the ratings tell me five stars, why would I go against that,  Liz Brown said.                         TMJ4 News        Brown s a community advocate working with the family of one-year-old Prince who police said was exposed to cocaine at his daycare. Nation stanley cup al Public Data released details last month of an incident believed to involve a third party trying to hack into data in late 2023. Potential leaks of certain data involved names, email addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers and mailing addresses in April and this summer. This is clearly one of the largest breaches that we ve seen, just based on the pure volume of personal data and records that have been compromised and exposed,  said Steve Stransky, a co-chair of the Data Privacy and Cyber-security Practice Group at Thompson Hine.RELATED STORY | Cybersecurity expert urges consumers to take precautions after massive data breachStransky said this kind of breach is different because it involves Social Security numbers, and the damage can be extensive if not caught early.  So unfortunately, when a threat actor or a criminal has access to an individual S stanley cup ocial Security number, there s a lot of different accounts, and accounts that they get access and open in the consumer s name in order to get funds from those,  said Stransky. He said that if you suspect you are a part of the breach, the first step is to freeze your credit to minimize the damage stanley becher .  Making a credit freeze is something that is free to do, and it s available to consumers,   said Stransky.   And it would essentially prevent others, Evki State of emergency declared in Atlanta over massive water main break
