  ISLAMABAD:A Senate panel on Tuesday took strict notice of absence of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Air Marshall Arshad Malik and said this behaviour showed disregard not only for the parliamentary committee but was for the parliament.The Senate s Standing Committee on Aviation, whose meeting 鈥?held in the Parliament House 鈥?was chaired by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz s Mushahidullah Khan hinted at passing a privilege motion against the PIA official should he fail to show up at the next meeting.Malik has been continuously disregarding the committee without any apparent reason.
