The program aims to promote the personal development of participants, learning to identify their potential and shortcomings regarding socio-labor insertion, promoting the generation of networks and synergies by highlighting their capabilities and talents. All this without forgetting the business community through contact with companies to promote their collaboration and involvement in the employment of young people.
