 A 27-year-old woman is facing assault and theft charges after Dufferin OPP says she tried to drive a vehicle reported stolen into a police cruiser on the outskirts of Orangeville.Sometime around 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 12, police were involved in a pursuit after attempting to stop a vehicle travelling on County Road 11, south of Dufferin County Road 109 in Amaranth.Dufferin OPP Const.
