WAUKESHA, Wis. 鈥?The sentencing of convicted killer Jessy Kur stanley puodelis czewski has been postponed, and the judge has allowed her defense attorneys to withdraw from the case.  Last month, Kurczewski was convicted of financial fraud and homicide in the death of her family friend, Lynn Hernan. Prosecutors say she stole money from Hernan and poisoned her with eye drops to cover up the theft. The defense said Hernan took her own life. Sentencing had been scheduled for Thursday. But a 37-year-page letter, recently introduced to the court by the state, has led to a serious delay. According to the prosecution, the letter is a set of instructions from Kurczewski asking a friend to forge documents and create a fake audio tape. The tape, as described in the letter, would be a false recording of stanley cup  Hernan stating she s suicidal. Prosecutor Randy Sitzberger said they received the letter in late November after the recipient, concerned with the details, reported it to police. We filed appropriate documents with the court when they came to our attention that directly go in our position to Ms. Kurczewski s character,  said Sitzberger. Investigators have determined it wasn t sent to the unnamed recipient by mail, according to Sitzberger. So, if Kurczewski wrote it, as alleged by the state, it s unclear how it go stanley taza t out of the county jail. Judge Dorow said the state made  assumptions  in determining Kurczewski wrote the letter.Defense attorneys Pablo Galaviz and Donna Kuchler, after learning about the letter, Eeip Kangaroo runs loose at Florida apartment complex, police respond

BOISE, Idaho  AP  鈥?The White House reacted to Idaho becoming the first state to enact a law modeled after a Texas law banning abortions after about six weeks of pregnancy. This development is devastating for women in Idaho, as it will further impede womens access to health care, especially those on low incomes and living in rural communities,  said Press Secretary Jen Psaki. Republican Gov. Brad Little on Wednesday signed into law the measure that allows people who would have been family members to sue a doctor who performs an abortion after cardiac activity is detected in an embryo. Opponents call it unconstitutional and note that six weeks is before many wome stanley cup n know theyre pregnant.Several other Republican-controlled states, including Oklahoma and Tennessee, are working on similar laws that restrict abortion rights.
