 Halton police have arrested and charged a 19-year-old Barrie man with multiple offences after a series of residential break and enters in Oakville.The man has been charged with: three counts of breaking, entering and committing; theft of motor vehicle; theft over $5,000; two counts of theft under $5,000; three counts of fraudulent use of credit card; possession of stolen stanley cup  property over $5,000; 10 counts of fail to comply with release order; and five counts of breach of recognizance.He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
