 KARACHI:The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) of the Sindh Police claimed on Monday to have arrested an alleged militant.According to CTD in-charge Sarwar Awan, the arrested suspect is affiliated with a banned sectarian outfit, Sipah-e-Muhammad Pakistan.
