 Three people are facing charges after a 5-year-old Indiana girl died due to severe neglect.Kinsleigh Welty was taken to a hospital after officers found her un stanley cup responsive in her home on April 9. She was pronounced dead at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis.Her mother, 29-year-old Toni McClure, was arrested on charges of murder and child neglect resulting in death. McClures boyfriend, 27-year-old Ryan Smith, is charged with c stanley cup hild neglect resulting in death. Days later, police also arrested the childs grandmother, 53-year-old Tammy Halsey, on charges of neglect.Police said Kinsleigh was kept in a closet that had small handprints stanley puodelis  of what appeared to be feces on the door. She also had what appeared to be lice crawling on her face,according to court documents obtained by Scripps News Indianapolis. Hospital officials said Kinsleigh was so malnourished, she weighed more at 2-and-a-half years old than she did at 5.Authorities said McClure has a history with the Department of Child Services.  KANSAS CITY, Mo. 鈥?Nearly 1,000 people showed up to a silent Black Lives Matter march Sunday that spanned from City Market Park to East 19th and Delaware streets to 19th and Grand streets back to the park. Local organizer, Justice Horn told 41 Action News how this protest is different. [It s] kind of a moment for us to really mourn and really be with those weve lost,  Horn said.
