 National 4-H week started on Sunday and it s a chance to highlight the benefits of the club to six million young people around the country. The Ruff Riders 4-H Club hosted the  reebok Clover Fun Run, which is a 5K run and walk with a course on the MetraPark grounds.National 4-H Week started as  Club Week  in 1926.The fun run is now in its second year.  It s for national 4-H week and it s just to promote 4-H for people w air max 1 ho don t do 4-H to come and enjoy 4-H,  said Sara Ackerman, a Ruff Riders 4-H member. 4-H is is just such a wonderful organization for any kids that can be involved,  said Kim Ackerman, a 4-H parent.   It also really teaches them life skills.  Things like public speaking and greeting one another with a good handshake, and all of those things that are so important in interacting with all sorts of people, from little af1  ones to those who are so much older.
