 KANSAS CITY, Mo. 鈥?The second suspect in a Feb. 12 robbery of a GameStop store in Lenexa, Kansas, has been charged, according to the Lenexa Police Department.Kennard L. A lawyer for Mark McCloskey and his wife, Patricia McCloskey, confirmed the indictments Tuesday. A spokeswoman for Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner declined comment.The McCloskeys, who are both attorneys, have become folk heroes among some conservatives.
