 A state prison inmate has been charged with murdering his cellmate back in January.Johnnie L. Sellers, Jr., 37, is charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, first-degree assault and second-degree assault.Sellers is accused of murdering Glenn E. Smith, 58.
