Toronto and the rest of the province will official begin Ontarios new re-opening plan on Friday.The new rules, which were originally targeted to come into force on June 14, focus on outdoor activities that can resume while other long-awaited plans like haircuts will still have to wait.The province says the plan can start a few days early after surpassing the threshold of 60 per cent of adults who have at least one dose.
