 One kitten has been secured and rescuers are still searching for two more after what people online are calling a cruel and terrible situation unfolded in Arnprior yesterday.Five kittens were found in a garbage bag next to a dumpster at AJ Charbonneau Public School on Baskin Drive West, according to Jeff Gagne, who operates Gagne Homestead And Rescue in Almonte.
